This Santa Barbara classic has a delicate coconut flavor and a light sponge texture. Paired with a rich custard filling, toasted coconut and a fluffy buttercream frosting–it's a little bit of heaven. 

Bourbon Cake

A decadent vanilla cake is perfectly soaked with a sweet caramel bourbon glaze, filled with rich vanilla cream custard and iced with a caramel bourbon buttercream.

Chocolate Hazelnut Toffee

A dark chocolate cake, soaked with a hazelnut liquor and filled with bits of buttery toffee suspended in a milk chocolate, hazelnut mousse. Poured with dark chocolate ganache.


Light vanilla sponge cake soaked with espresso and layered with chocolate and a rich mascarpone vanilla cream. This can be finished with whipped cream or buttercream. 

Spiced Caramel Apple

Autumn specialty cake: A moist, lightly spiced fresh apple cake filled with a whipped caramel filling and finished with caramel buttercream. 

Chocolate Peppermint Chip

Winter specialty cake: Our dark chocolate cake is filled with a white chocolate peppermint mousse and peppermint chips. Iced with peppermint buttercream or dark chocolate ganache.
